RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mountainside Farmacy, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We believe that shopping with us should be stress-free and enjoyable, so we're here to assist you every step of the way.
We are happy to refund your purchase of retail clothing & jewelry items within 7 days, if the following conditions are met:
The product has been unopened and not used, you have the original receipt showing the itemized products purchased and date.
Customers are responsible for shipping of returned products.
We do not offer refunds for any apothecary or dispensary items as we can not guarantee the tamper free condition it was sold in. Please e-mail, call or text us prior to purchase and we will answer any questions you have.

If your purchase is damaged through shipping:
We will need pictures of the damage in order to report a claim with the postal carriers. Please contact us as close to the delivery of your package as possible so we can help make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
